The Markwood story

Generations Strong

Mark Regehr founded Markwood Homes Ltd. in 1989. He is a second-generation builder who puts heart and pride into each and every home he creates. “There’s something special about the land here,” he says of Alberta. And there’s something special about the way Mark blends luxurious living with country comfort.

Build a Country Home. One to Last Generations.

History and experience have made Mark Regehr one of the area’s foremost country homebuilders. His dedication to excellence in building, and ongoing mission to be the best at his craft, has been recognized by his peers. Markwood Homes is a service award recipient, recognized by the Golden Hammer Award and 25 year Member Recognition Award presented by The Alberta New Home Warranty Program in 2017. They have continued to receive annual service awards since.

Mark, while admittedly demanding, is proud to tell you he’s a perfectionist when it comes to building. He takes his work and your goals to heart.
